Anthony visited Utah in 2002, went home, packed, and never really left. Before real estate he spent more than 15 years in Park City hospitality — including nine years at the Riverhorse on Main — where taking care of people wasn’t a slogan, it was the whole job.
He’s also a homeowner and investor himself — two rentals, a couple of flips, and hands-on construction and renovation knowledge — so when he walks a house with you, he sees what repairs really cost and what a property is really worth.
